Attention Deficit Disorder. Adults with ADD please answer?
I would like to hear the story of someone who was diagnosed. How do you live? It is the drug much, not as a zombie. Any suggestions or information that may be useful?
Instead of putting chemicals in your body. I would recommend MEDITATION drugs. every morning they just sit in a comfortable spot and concentrate on your breathing, and as you do, do not let your mind wander. If they do, and you catch the drift away just draw your attention to your breathing.
